Before this appointment you would have already filled out the intake forms and the food journal. I would have a chance to go over your information and now this is an opportunity to discuss things in further detail. I will be able to get more clarity by asking follow up questions. In this session we will make very clear goals moving forward and I will give you the first recommendations and protocol to begin to implement.
